"What is the essence of life? To serve others and to do good" - Aristotle. This quote sums up my idea of working and living, to take pride in your work and to do as best of a job that you can. I try to apply this when working with my clients every day and in every situation. I find happiness in helping people move to Costa Rica and feel at home. I find ways to help make the best of their new ventures in a new country and to help them achieve success if they are looking for solid real estate investments in our part of the world.
I've lived half of my life in Latin America and I find this helps me assist my clients in bridging the culture and language gap that may exist when settling in Costa Rica. Our office brings more than a combined 60 years US and Costa Rica-based real estate experience and I have almost 20 years in sales and marketing. I do my best to properly guide clients through the rental and purchase processes and to educate them with their new endeavours.
Why did I chose Costa Rica? Honestly it was the natural treasures, mountains, beaches and looking for adventure. However, I stubbled into some of the most warm-hearted and down to earth people in the world and by coincidence settled in Atenas, regarded not only as the world's best climate but I would argue one of the world's best kept secrets, the town of Atenas. Why did I chose to stay in Atenas? My first response is the quality of life.
Ask me how I can help you find the Pura Vida (the pure life) in our little part of the world. I'm always glad to point new residents and investors in the right direction and help make them truly feel at home in Costa Rica.
